Funkypop.ca – Refund & Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with Funkypop.ca! We appreciate your support and aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience—especially when it comes to blind boxes and pre-orders.

Returns & Exchanges

To preserve the mystery and excitement of our blind box items, we only accept returns in the case of faulty or damaged products caused by non-human factors. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Duplicate characters

  • Opened or unsealed items

  • Change of mind

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps maintain the integrity of blind box collectibles.


Pre-Order Policy

Many of our collectibles are available via pre-order—that means you're securing your item in advance before it arrives from our suppliers. Each pre-order is placed specifically for you, based on demand, and is considered final once submitted.


Cancellations & Refunds

We understand things can change. However, due to the nature of pre-orders and ongoing changes in global trade and import fees, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

  • No cancellations will be accepted once your item has shipped or is already in transit from our supplier.

  • Any duties, customs charges, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Funkypop.ca is not liable for these charges.

Please be sure before you pre-order, as timelines and customs policies vary by country.


Exceptions (Full Refund Eligibility)

We will issue a full refund (without the 20% fee) only if:

  • The item becomes unavailable or cannot be restocked

  • You receive a product that is damaged or incorrect

    Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.


Exchanges

The best way to get the item you want is to place a new order once your return (if eligible) has been accepted. Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges for mystery box items.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Some banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Important Note on POP MART Products

All POP MART blind boxes are factory-sealed. We cannot open them to check figures without breaking their integrity. Therefore:

  • Returns are not accepted for opened items or quality concerns post-opening

  • If your item arrives with visible box damage, please reach out to us with photos

  • For sealed item quality issues, we recommend contacting POP MART directly for support
