All orders are processed within 2 days after payment is confirmed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.
Shipping & Delivery

We ship through trusted carriers such as [Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.].

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, FunkyPop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and accurate.
Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Every order includes tracking. Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery status.

If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors, household members, or building management.

Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

FunkyPop is unable to refund or replace items that are marked delivered by the carrier.
Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or reshipped at the store’s expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us at funkypop.ca@gmail.com and we will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
